Zimconserve is an active NGO in Zimbabwe working with smallholder farmers with the aim to grow healthy food, restore land and strenthen communities. The main focus of Zimconserve until now is practical support to farmers related to permaculture, fruit trees, agro-forestry, fish culture, solar water supply.

Gabriel Mutongi – director of Zimconserve – has indicated interest to expand his activities related to livestock health and milk quality. For this purpose we are now seeking funding to start  a Natural Livestock Farming pilot in the country – based on the succesful pilot Healthy Cows Healthy Food Healthy Environment in Ethiopia.  The director of the dairy company Yomilk Zimbabwe has shown interest to become part of the pilot – in the field of milk quality validation before and after interventoin. We are looking forward to an intensive collaboration!
