Under the current COVID-19 conditions, the Foundation organises regular webinars on interesting topics related to cattle health and wellbeing.

NLF dairy training courses

NLF Foundation offers special training programs on cattle health for professionals in dairy farming in the field of:

  • NLF 5-layered strategy to improve cattle health and milk quality
  • Animal management, incl. lessons from Dutch dairy farming
  • NLF wheel: a participatory tool for planning and monitoring cattle health
    Effective use of herbal treatment natural products for prevention and cure of common cattle diseases
  • Strategic breeding and local cattle breeds for increased resilience
  • Training on milk quality control on chemical residues
  • Dairy farming: cost reduction, value addition and marketing

Training programs can be requested on-line, and – when COVID permits – at field level

Training can be targeted at farmers, veterinarians, lab personnel and/or other professionals – training program on demand!
